Istanbul 2010 to be launched after lots of disillusionment

Istanbul 2010 Cultural Capital of Europe will be launched on Jan.16 with a lot of fanfare. But NGO members who resigned from the preparatory agency have expressed their disillusionment with the "autocratic" way the 'official' members behaved while choosing and financing the selected projects.
